Whitney has been in the field of teaching for 9 years with experiences ranging from teaching Kindergarten and 4th grade to serving as a K- 8 school media specialist/8th grade research elective teacher. Whitney has also served as an instructional specialist for elementary teachers and is currently the Coordinator of Innovation and Instructional Technology for Alamogordo Public Schools. Whitney earned her Doctorate of Education from Carson Newman University in TN, focusing her research on in-class flipped learning. She a Google for Education Certified Trainer and assists as a co-leader of GEG New Mexico. Whitney is passionate about working with teachers to create unique and innovative learning opportunities for their students while while having lots of fun along the way!
