Dr. Toni Hull is currently the Executive Director of Curriculum and Instructional Innovation for Hatch Valley Public Schools in Hatch, New Mexico. She has over 30 years of experience as an educator serving in NY and NM as a teacher, instructional coach, trainer, principal and now as a part of the district leadership team. Dr. Hull served as a 2012-13 Teacher Ambassador Fellow for the US Department of Education and is a Woodrow Wilson MBA Fellow. She believes that we need to “do to learn” and with that philosophy she and a team of out of the box educators founded the Mesilla Valley Leadership Academy in Las Cruces, New Mexico. She has served and led in Deming, Las Cruces and Hatch districts in southern New Mexico for the last 17 years with the goal of "reimagining school."
